Works with Health Services team members to ascertain operational areas of concern; identifies database elements for extraction; analyzes the data to more clearly define the causes(s) of the problem; works in collaboration with team members to develop strategic solutions to address problems; provides post-implementation monitoring of outcomes through ongoing data extraction and analysis of findings.
Works with finance and the corporate HSO to extract for production of operational reports.
In conjunction with the Health Services leadership team, develops and executes staff monitoring tools through the use of multi-faceted data collection, provides ongoing analysis of the outcomes to facilitate problem solving, decision making, and interventions.
Participates as an active member of the new hire orientation team in support of hardware and software training
Provides support for the Executive Team on highly visible projects/presentation needs as called upon; clarifies the purpose, objectives, audience and expected outcomes.
